We're working on adding iCloud as a sync option for Apple users. This will provide seamless sync across your Mac, iPhone, and iPad.

Current Alternatives

While iCloud support is in development, you can use:

Google Drive — fully supported now
Local storage — notes saved in your browser (no cloud sync)

iOS App Status

The iOS app is also in development. Once released, iCloud sync will provide the best experience for Apple ecosystem users.
